Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz signed a bill that would end criminal penalties for bong water. It was a bizarre law that stated that more than four ounces of bong water could be considered legally equal to the pure version of whatever substance had been smoked.

A new study published in the journal JAMA Cardiology found that people who regularly smoked cannabis or consumed edibles with THC had reduced vascular function — a precursor to disease. However, researchers told CNN that they need a larger study to “make a better conclusion,” about this finding. Still, it is one of the first studies to disaggregate smoking cannabis versus eating it.

Canadian cannabis firm Rubicon Organics reported a $322,064 loss on $12.4 million of revenue for the first quarter of this year, up 39.2% from the same quarter last year.
