Texas THC ban dies in second special session 🤠
Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick’s bid to ban hemp-derived THC sales in the state failed to make it out of the state’s second special legislative session this Summer. Gov. Greg Abbott vetoed a previous iteration of the ban in June, and two attempts to pass it have now failed. Read more.
